Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
LeaMarie Does Not Accept returns or exchanges for LM Srpls leotards and LM Srpls separates, nor Custom leotards and Custom separates.

LeaMarie Does Not Accept returns for Group Orders consisting of Three (3) or more of the same design. Group order leotards may be exchanged, but not returned.

LeaMarie  Does Accept Returns or Exchanges of Requisite, Luxe, Carvico, Salon, and Sporting Leotards and Separates, and Men's Shorts. All returns or exchanges must be shipped back to LeaMarie, at the customers’ expense; within Ten (10) Business Days of receipt of an order, and must comply with our Return and Exchange Conditions. Please send returns and exchanges to: LeaMarie Customer Service, 4210 N. Brawley Avenue, Suite #104, Fresno, CA 93722.

LeaMarie will ship all exchanges back to the customer, at the customer’s expense, using the original delivery method, unless the customer requests, and pays for a different delivery method. Production time for exchange pieces is Ten (10) Business Days. Returns and Exchanges are subject to our Return and Exchange Conditions.

Construction Defects must be approved prior to return or exchange. If you feel a garment has a construction defect, please contact us within Five (5) Business Days of receipt of your order at info@leamarie.com, or call us at 559-431-5101. We will require photographs of defects prior to approval. If a construction defect has occurred, we will expedite the production of the same leotard or separate, and will refund your shipping costs.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Leotards and Separates to be exchanged must comply with the following conditions: 

♦ LM Srpls leotards and LM Srpls separates, and Custom leotards and Custom separates May Not be cancelled, or exchanged, once an order is placed.
♦ Leotards; separates and men's shorts may be tried on, but may not have been worn to class or performances.
♦ Leotards; separates and men's shorts may not be laundered.
♦ Leotards; separates and men's shorts may not be altered.
♦ Leotards; separates and men's shorts may not be damaged.
♦ Leotards;separates and men's shorts which have makeup, deodorant, hairspray, or any other personal hygiene stains, marks, or blemishes will not be accepted back for exchange.
♦ Leotards; separates and men's shorts must have all original tags, and names may not be written on the tags.
♦ The original packing slip must accompany the exchanged leotard, separate or men's shorts.
♦ Leotards; separates and men's shorts to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back within Ten (10) Business Days of receipt of the original shipment; without exception.
♦ The customer must pay for the shipping of the leotard, separate or men's shorts to our offices; and USPS Ground shipping fees for the new, exchanged item. 

Any leotard; separate or men's shorts which does not meet our Return and Exchange Conditions will be sent back to the customer, via USPS Ground Delivery, at the customer’s expense.
